Well me and my honey was so excited about going on anthem of the sea so they told us we where get a good deal and we booked balcony view to Nassau and coco cay and Orlando so it start like this we got on the boat and they rushed everyone into the 1 buffet and people where standing up to eat and after that we start cruising and we end up staying in Orlando Florida for 2 days when it only suppose to ...
We have a 6-year old granddaughter & thought this would be a great cruise to take with her. However, it turned out to be not so great. The internet is awful, extremely expensive even if all you need to do is to send a short (all word) e-mail to keep our granddaughter's Mom informed about a stomach issue she had. We took an excursion that cost us over $300 for the 3 of us that would not let us ...
Bottom line up front: This ship is falling apart at the seams, everything stinks (staterooms, bathrooms, common areas, decks and interior spaces). Everything is designed to frustrate you to the point of spending more in convenience upgrades. The food is marginal (hit and miss), entertainment was pathetically bad.
Pier check-in at Baltimore was bizarre; like it was the first time a cruise ship ...
Friends found deal.
Long lines for dinner & shows.
Nothing to be had with coffee on deck ( pastries, bagels etc.) before 7:30am.
Every major event seemed to be routed through the casino.
Smallest pools I've ever seen.
Food was good, but not the lines.
Service was excellent.
Not enough entertainment choices for a 10 day cruise.
Only place for any kind of food before 7:30 am ...
Twenty years ago we spent our honeymoon on a Norwegian ship. It was an excellent experience. We decided to try Norwegian cruise line again with the Epic. It was a complete failure. The design of the ship is laid out badly and confusing. There are only elevators at the front and the back of the ship. There is always long lines and crowds for the elevators. What makes it worse is the crowds pile in ...
You get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and book a real cruise, not one that works you over at every step of the way. Save a little more money and do it right. Way to many cons vs. pros to mention. Only good thing was our cabin and room steward. These people work like dogs all for the almighty corporate profit. No costumer service. So many different languages, very little is included. You ...
This was a surprise trip for my husband and was a Christmas Gift. Our 15th wedding anniversary trip and VERY first cruise and trip without our child. Was supposed to be a romantic / rekindling vacation. Turned out to be a complete nightmare and worst trip we have ever been on.
Really really long story short, our flight ended up getting canceled and neither parties were able to rebook us a ...
MSC DIVINA REVIEW SAILING 1/20/19
As far as the gambling on your ship the points system is not straight and forward as it was on my visit on the msc seaside where if you play any machine it would be 2 or 3 dollars a point. now on the devina that only happens if you play max coins if not most machines are 8 to 10 dollars a point very deceiving at this rate to get a free cruise certificate you ...
I have never written a review before even though l have been cruising for once or twice yearly for 25 years but felt l had to let future cruisers know what to expect
We have never cruised with MSC but saw that Divina sailed to Bonaire, Curacao and Aruba which are some of the ports of call which we haven’t visited so decided to give them a go, was very reasonably priced for a balcony cabin but ...
We picked this cruise as we were celebrating our 20 year anniversary. This particular cruise included our very favorite islands, as it's probably the main reason why we chose this one. We have cruised with many different lines and never tried NCL - we thought it would be a great experience with one of their newest ships. Sadly, we were wrong!
Our room was a spa room - typically on ships ...
