Bottom line up front: This ship is falling apart at the seams, everything stinks (staterooms, bathrooms, common areas, decks and interior spaces). Everything is designed to frustrate you to the point of spending more in convenience upgrades. The food is marginal (hit and miss), entertainment was pathetically bad.

Long lines for dinner & shows.
Nothing to be had with coffee on deck ( pastries, bagels etc.) before 7:30am.
Every major event seemed to be routed through the casino.
Smallest pools I've ever seen.
Food was good, but not the lines.
Service was excellent.
Not enough entertainment choices for a 10 day cruise.

Twenty years ago we spent our honeymoon on a Norwegian ship. It was an excellent experience. We decided to try Norwegian cruise line again with the Epic. It was a complete failure.
