Horrible Customer service

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Mariner of the Seas

My first cruise and my last. Didn’t help we didn’t even go to the Bahamas but we understood for safety reasons. Guest relations team didn’t help with WiFi issue once purchased. No reimbursement for WiFi we didn’t even use. Went to spa for a free pamper party but it was cancelled at the time we showed up. I injured myself on dance floor which was no ones fault but we called front desk to provide a ...

Horrible Cruise

We are avid Disney Cruisers but thought a 2-night cruise would be great for my husband and I; it was not! After stepping foot on the ship, we noticed right away the smell of old smoke from the Casino area. If that wasn't bad enough, the fragrance they tried to mask it with make us nauseous. Deck 5 where ALL the shops and bars are was so hard to walk around, in the jewelry store, the associate ...

Our aunt planned a family birthday getaway that comprised of about 15 people and 7 cabins. Leading up to the trip the application and booking was seamless. However, the vacation was everything but seamless. I guess that because they had my money already. This was our first time sailing Royal Caribbean, but we cruise often on other cruise lines. Let me say Royal Caribbean spared no expenses when it ...

Worst cruise ever

Would never recommend to anyone to take this cruise. The ship is clean, but worn. The rooms are fine for a quick three day cruise. The staff was friendly and kept things cleaned and replenished. They only do room service once a day, but for a short trip that was ok. We opted for mornings. The food was mediocre. They didn’t change the buffet offerings. They did have a Mandorin, pizza, bbq ...

Friend checked for reviews of cabin f334 and it stated do not expect a good night's sleep. Absolutely correct as cabin creaked from set sail and reported many times, promised would be transfered to next available cabin. NOTHING HAPPENED! Could not get cabin cool enough.Reported many times, kept getting cards left stating ventilation engineer had called but no change. Eventually met with engineer ...

Restaurants: Food was horrible. The Buffet(s) was closed almost every time I went to it (5:15pm, 7:15am, 6pm, normal times) The Guy's burgers were good but the rest sucked. I ate soft ice cream with a fork, got served a warm coke with 4 ice cubes, I had a flat iron steak that was as tough and tasted like a boot sole, the service was atrocious and I waited well over an hour in the dinning room ...

This is not a vacation...there's a lot of planning and stress each day to try and force memories. To see all the characters you will spend most of your cruise standing in line. Tickets to see popular characters sell out fast, and even with a ticket you will stand in line for an hour or could even still miss out. You will not get to see/meet all the Marvel characters on Marvel day...it's a huge ...

This is my first and my last cruise. Cruising is lame. If you’re a close talking person that likes to get in peoples personal space, then cruising is for you. I’ll never do it again. We’re in the Caribbean so it would be nice to be outside but there are no chairs left after 10am for the rest of the day. So many people you can hardly walk about. We purchased the WiFi package, it didn’t work. We ...

We wanted to try another (better) italian company instead of Costa. The "italian" on MSC was only the pizza. The rest was just poor. the food was everyday the same, almost no fish. The ceremony with waiters bringing in the desserts during the last elegant evening dinner was just ridiculous. They brought someting in on their trays, were dancing in front of us a little bit and ...than they ...

Beverage package a joke. You paid for unlimited sodas, juices etc. And 15 alcohol drinks and they only give you one at a time! Couldn't even get 2 to take to your room! Had to keep walking back. Much to their surprise if you did use all 15, then they could have sold more to you! Felt like a teenager being watched. Get up early for an excursion to meet in theater just for them to make a big ...
