We've been on 12 cruises with all different cruise ships in the past. We will never go with NCL again. It is clear from the way they treated the paying guests of this cruise that they are in it to gouge the customer and offer as little service as possible.

It started with no parking so we parked about 6 blocks away for $53 per day.
Food at Cagney terrible. Filet and veal chop were dry. We had to upgrade our food package for a good meal at Ocean Blue. Tropicana room was beautiful but had a terrible selection. My husband and I were recently on the Norwegian Getaway Ship that sailed from NYC on Saturday April 13 and returned Saturday April 20, 2019. We have used Carnival and Royal Caribbean cruise lines, but this was our first experience on NCL. It was awful. This was by far the worst cruise we have ever had the displeasure of sailing.

4200 cruisers and 1700 staff. Like being stuck in NYC. We waited in lines all week for elevators, excursions, drinks, dinner. You could not get into buffet and find a table or a chair at the poll.
