We have been very pleased with our suite. We were upgraded to a queens grill penthouse. ALTHOUGH WE PROBABLY HAD OVERPAID INITIALLY BECAUSE WE BOOKED WELL IN advance and prices were later reduced! Shame on Azamara for advising me that I was required to carry my own luggage off the ship when we arrived at Singapore because I disembarked on the 5th April. The suite was superb, the deck, massive. Aft cabin. Quite a bit of noise from the wash behind but I expected that. Cabin staff were superb, cannot fault them. With the suite came perks. Great Customer Service experience on this cruise. The Square's customer service agents, destination staff, and their supervisors were all top-notch. The Good - This is a smaller ship so slightly more personal touch than the larger ships and you will meet the same people and recognize faces fairly quickly. The facilities on board are fairly limited compared to the more modern larger ships but none the less still very good. The ship is excellent, well designed and thought out. Hardly anything was missing. Good coffee/tea station, no kettles in room, without fi generally works OK on the Mekong.
