We had an awful experience with laser tag staff and game.
Guns were nonfunctional. And when requested to change we got a very bad attitude from staff members. All of them get together and argued with children.
Unfortunately this was last day of our trip.And ruined all 7 days.
Also we had drinks and specialty meals packages included in our trip.

Norwegian Bliss is an incredible ship built for adults who love to wine, dine and enjoy some great music and adult entertainment - all were in abundance. We cruised on the Eclipse to Alaska out of Vancouver, embarkation July 21, 2019. The Eclipse is very well maintained, with ongoing maintenance, both interior and exterior; exterior painting while in ports. The Negative...Bottled Water should be added to the Premium beverage package. At over $100/day its ridiculous that simple bottled water isn't included. Room Service charge of $7.95 should be abolished. No other cruise line charges this fee. Some cruise lines do charge for Room Service, but only after 11:00pm at a rate of $3.95. This ship is amazing but so big that it’s difficult to navigate. Way too many people. Lines for nearly everything. Our mini suite room was great with lots of room and the bed was so comfortable.
