The Millennium was in fine shape. We enjoyed this cruise! The weather was cool but the Persian Garden and Solarium helped warm us up. The BLU restaurant was excellent as usual. We Finally Made It !
My husband felt we were the only people in America who had not visited Alaska, so we were excited to finally embark – and found embarkation quick and easy. Overall, we enjoyed the ship and particularly liked Skagway and Victoria.

This was our 2nd cruise to Alaska. We chose Celebrity this time because we never sailed this line before and the perks seemed good as well as a great price for Aqua Class. Also we were going to Skagway where we never went.

With only three ports of call after departing Vancouver, this cruise is for hardcore cruisers that love sea days. All the usual shipboard activities were offered by the crew. Captain Christodoulakis could also be seen walking around the ship regularly and engaging with the passengers. The cruise was a good way to spend 2 weeks with my wife as well as meet new people as we travelled toward Japan.

This was our first cruise to Alaska. We arrived a day before and stayed in a hotel near the Seatac airport so that we could take advantage of the free shuttle. The shuttle driver recommended the Sharp's Roasthouse for dinner and even shuttled us there. We were not disappointed as it was a very good dinner. The next morning we were on to the pier. Things were quite unorganized on this ship from Vancouver to Hawaii.
THE GOOD:
