The crew and staff were excellent, but they can only work with what Silversea / Royal Caribbean (RC) gives them. I would like to give ZERO star, but I can't. MSC is a low, low, low quality cruise. If you like good food, avoid it. The meals offered are POOR and quality not so good. Horrible experience so far. Over crowded everywhere queues for days to do just about anything, including accessing lifts. People are frustrated and impatient and thus pushes in lines and literally fight for space in the pools. Dirty. Cheap food. To top it off our ship is stuck in the Harbour. We have been very pleased with our suite. We were upgraded to a queens grill penthouse. ALTHOUGH WE PROBABLY HAD OVERPAID INITIALLY BECAUSE WE BOOKED WELL IN advance and prices were later reduced!
