The Heating did not work and there was loud constant noise in the cabin. Other passengers also experienced similar problems . Guest relations were aware of this but presented as though this was the first time it had happened. Technicians tried to fix this but this resulting in a burning smell throughout. It is the newest Silverseaship for me . I was looking g forward to the Thermal spa and cooking classes and silver note. Regrettably the Note and cooking g classes impossible to get a reservation. One books and then it’s cancelled because no space.

Written while still on board. We chose this cruise largely because of the port visit in Morocco. A week before sailing they canceled that port for security reasons and substituted Cadiz. First time Regent clients here and thoroughly disappointed. The Penthouse suite we stayed in was very nice, but also tired. Entertainment was great with the shows where a stand out, but in general the entertainment team did a great job working hard all day . service was good the staff in the restaurant they done a great job . The ship itself is wonderful, well laid out, constant cleaning & maintenance daily.
Very clean & fantastic staff in bars, pool area’s & toilets.
The buffet has plenty of choices although food could be hotter at times.
My biggest gripe are the reception & excursion staff. I’m not sure how they were employed as customer service should be first & fore within any company.
