Ship wasn’t ready to sail. Customer service was horrible! Not enough seating in Eatery and Arena. This was the third sailing of the vessel, so a bunch of stuff was not yet operational which is why she gets 4 out of 5. The room looked nice but opened the curtains to the balcony and turned around to see hair from previous guests everywhere and something had been spilled all down the front of the table and fridge. FOOD Worst Bacon and Coffee of any cruise ship. Poached eggs came out without and white - just a yolk. Worst breakfast Service ever - 45 minutes for eggs to arrive. Cold toast turned up 5 minutes later. It was only an 8 day cruise but repetion of menu wasn't great. None of these had a huge impact on overall experience. All I will say is that COVID must have devastated Princess. Their cost cutting measures are extensive. As a top of the line suite passenger, we come to expect certain little things that help make the cruise memorable. They have eliminated flowers in the suite, chocolates at bed turn down, the sewing kit, pen and stationary, the fruit basket until we asked for one and individual soaps and shampoos. ...

The ship is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly and they all do a great job. The food in the buffet was just OK and the biggest concern was there was very little change on the buffet during our 10 day cruise. The same selections every day got boring quickly. Overall we enjoyed our 10 day cruise. We had a few issues that we know were a problem for others - I would want to be forewarned so read on if you are booked on Princess for a future trip.
