I have cruised many times, and this was my first and LAST Princess cruise. The ship was filthy, mold everywhere including in the toilet in our cabin. Service was non-existent, food was mediocre on a good day. Reservations were not honored, so we mainly ate pizza and soft serve ice cream for 10 days. Many aspects of the cruise were excellent. Room stewards, dining staff, pool deck outlet staff all excellent. The difficult aspects stand out. I had a feather pillow the first night, and I had an asthma attack. If you need a hyperallergenic pillow, request one before your cruise. The entertainment was good with a variety. Not lot of options for the mid aged crowd unless you wanted to go to the sky club at 11p. Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. Princess is our second preferred cruise line. Our cabin was one of the best ever, nice and roomy.
