This was an amazing "bucket list" trip through the Panama Canal! The service was stellar as was the food in the any time dining room. Loved the pizza for lunch in Sabatinis. We were seated in the Allegro Dining Room for the 8:00 PM seating. Our waiter was Hector Del Solar and we couldn't have asked for better service.
