There was a delay with immigration boarding, but overall the arrival and departure was fine. Had taken another Princess cruise a few years back..it was great...but this particular ship is OLD. Carpet heavily stained. Large rust spots on the balcony. I would never call it a beautiful ship. The cabin steward was superb. The other staff members were very polite. The food looked good. I would give it a B on taste. The entertainment was FAIR.

It was O.K.,
Crowded, was under pressure all the time to buy, buy and buy at the ships stores.
Towards the end of the cruise I was getting numb ..... to buy buy buy ...
The ships app needs work to function correctly.
Meals good, waiters were great, Room Stewarts were very good and bartenders need help on making a good drink.
