After our brief taste of Vancouver, we will need to go back for a full ...

On arrival we stayed at the Sheraton Wall Centre, in an excellent, spacious hotel bedroom; we spent 3 nights there, and would happily have stayed longer. In Vancouver itself, having first equipped ourselves with a streetmap we got around mainly on foot: Canada Place; Gastown; Chinatown, its best - the Sun Yatsen Garden - besides its most unfortunate; Stanley Park - heron, a raccoon family; and ...

Stayed at the Pan Pacific Hotel, well worth the money. Bellman took our bags from our room, next time we saw them was at our cabin door. Stayed at the Fairmont Airport post cruise, they allowed us to checkin at 10:30am. ...

We stayed an extra night at the Vancouver Hilton pre-cruise, and it was delightful. The hotel is a comfortable businessman-friendly accommodation. We felt welcomed by the friendly staff, and the food at the hotel restaurant was very good, if a bit pricey. Across the street were two excellent casual restaurants--Loowit Brewery and Pub and Smokin' Oak BBQ restaurant. Both were excellent and highly ...
