The port area is better organised than we expected, taxis are official, regulated and fixed price, eg to medina 40 euros return per taxi , the driver will wait for you and you pay him when you get BACK which was really comforting! Plus 20 eu extra to add an additional stop in Sidi Bousaid.Medina: Personally i say don't bother..... Horrible, dirty and not at all the quaint bustling market place i ...

The most welcoming port of them all, we were greeting by a drum playing band of 4. We danced on and off the ship. There is history here and the people are very friendly. ...

We shared taxi with our mates, Tunis port has organized taxi operations right outside the terminal (price is fixed and payable back at the terminal).
Our driver wanted to bring us to more places for more $, we just told him that we didn't have the time and rejected. ...

Due to short time there and distance between sights could only visit one of the three recommended sights. ...
