Tortola is beyond beautiful, and I cannot wait to go again. We did not book a ship tour. 9 of us decided to do an island tour. We found a driver who took us all over the island, to the top of the mountain, to the beach, and back to the ship. It was $15 per person. Tortola was a bit of a disappointment. If you did not have an excursion planned there really was not anything to do at this port.
