We chose a scenic tour as this was our first time in Tortola BVI. It was in an open air bus. It took us to Cane Garden beach, where you could rent a chair and buy food or drinks (we didn't). The beach was minimal. The waves were coming all the way up the beach and many people got wet shoes just by walking the beach...myself included. We waited for the bus ride to resume. ...
