The island appeared to be recovering from hurricane damage and as such, many stores in town were not open. The tax/duty-free port shops were open, but the prices were outrageous. Did not go to the beaches, and as such, cannot provide helpful information. Ferry to Virgin Gorda Baths (we took the 10:40am) was very easy and so worth it. Best beach adventure ever as there is a path down to the boulders and lots of exploring, rugged climbing and a most picturesque beach.
