No need for an excursion as you can do it on your own. We hooked up with a free walking tour in front of the tourist office by the town square. Our guide was entertaining and full of information and interesting facts. She even recommended a wonderful place to have lunch just outside of the old town, Pööbel, where we had a delicious Estonian lunch! ...

Did a walking tour on our own. It was very easy to walk into town from the port. Went to old town upper and lower . I would only recommend if you do not have any mobility issues as you walk over a lot of cobblestone. ...
