Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Pacific Adventure

We chose this trip Because we love country music and it was a country cruise experience. Acts that were supposed to appear did not. I had been on 9 cruises prior to this and I had never experienced such a ruder and unaccommodating crew. The cabin was filthy from the prior guests and the cabin door did not close properly. Two mornings in a row we had strangers walk in our room and drawers full of ...

This was our 5th cruise, the second with P&O and it will be our last with them. Embarkation - quick, we were in the "NOT VeriFly" lane and the difference was nothing, we had to prove we had been vaccinated but no proof of being test Covid free, you just had to state it. (same question in the VeriFly lane according to our friends.) Other than that a smooth boarding. Disembarkation - late but ...

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Ovation of the Seas

Zero communication from staff regarding the actual tender times and availability of shuttles etc. Be prepared to get up early and deal with their lies. Royal Caribbean act shocked when alot of passengers rock up to leave the ship and leave you hanging for hours. Best estimate for actual disembarking of the ship is 2 hours after they tell you. If you (against advice) set foot on boat I recommend ...

We chose this cruise, as it was the first time that I was embarking on trip from my home port. No need to fly to a destination, no need to worry about weight limits or currency exchanges. I was going to depart Sydney on the harbour and through Sydney heads at sunset, beautiful. That's where the vision ended. The entertainment on board was virtually non existent as we were appointed ...

We are in our early 70's and have wanted to go on around Australia sailing for some time. Due to Covid we had to push our sail date back a year to the Noordam from the Oosterdam. We have been sailing on mostly HAL and Princess since the mid 80's. Its been nearly 3 months since our cruise ended and I was hoping I would feel better about the experience vs. how I felt at the cruise end in mid ...

We have been cruising for many years on some great ships, some okay ships,a few not so good ships and now on a ship that was not ready to sail after covid. We took this cruise to Hawaii as our lifetime dream cruise to Hawaii for our retirement,45th anniversary and wifes 66th birthday, but Princess destroyed that experience and don't want to take responsibility for the overwelming amount of problems ...

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Carnival Splendor

I’ll make this quick and simple. We just got back from a Alaska cruise and you couldn’t even pay me to step back on this ship or deal with this company. - Beyond outdated ship. You are literally stepping into a time capsule. - Defective sail and sign cards. We had to visit the guest services desk up to 3-4x daily to get new ones. They were aware of these issues and their response was “ The ...

Booked this cruise 6 months ago. From the get go was a terrible experience. Boarding was chaotic, over 2 hours to board despite having first boarding time of 11.30 am. Itinerary changes supposed to visit 6 islands. Ended up going to 2. No information given from crew. Stuck doing laps around sydney. 11 night cruise turned to 7 sea days. The new gym set up is a joke. Refurbishment.... What ...
