Was really looking forward to this port but we didn't actually dock in Stockholm. The stop is actually Nymashamn about 40 minutes drive outside Stockholm so my original plan to get off independently and go to the ice bar after a trip round town were scuppered, especially when I saw the length of the pier that I would have to negotiate without assistance or even a place to occasionally rest. ...

Hop on hop off boat was great to see the city. However, getting back to the ship was a nightmare as the hop on hop off buses were extremely full and not frequent enough so allow time to get back. People were upset and freaked out but we all made it back, some with seconds to spare. ...
