The port you are dropped at is not Stockholm, it is actually a small town more than an hour by train from Stockholm. ( and the train station is over a mile from the docks with no transportation). You do not get to cruise through the archipelago as advertised. Time on the ground is extremely rushed since Soto much time is eaten up by trying to find transportation ...

Stockholm was awesome though it is just like a little NYC, it is more gritty than the other cities we visited. You can easily walk into town from port, and I got off the ship and ran since it's an overnight, the port is right on the main running and bike path for Stockholm. Also you can walk up the stairs to Sodermalm which is like a little Soho, it's kind of cool if you're into more indie kind ...
