Quaint seaside town with very expensive beach clubs and taxi rides. Enjoyed this port, but felt that two days was too much time. This is a hop off, walk the cute streets and get back on the ship port.

It took an hour to even reach the bus as we had to tender into St. Tropez and take another boat to St. Maxim. Only had 2 hours in Cannes. A total waste of time & money.

Most of the stores and restaurants were closed due to the time of year. Time would have been better spent continuing to another port.

My boyfriend rented a bike and went to a beach nearby but a scooter would have allowed us to see more of the area. A lot of cafes and the second day there was an outdoor market (I think it's tues during the summer). Read Less

The town is lovely and we walked through it, bought a fancy beach towel, then headed to the water. I was disappointed in the beach - not pretty like I expected (I guess I thought it would look like Florida), but dark tan sand and lots of washed-up seaweed. Having grown up in Houston, I didn't want to see a Galveston-like beach:( However, the water was more blue . . . and colder, hahaha. And, there were yachts parked everywhere; that's different! If that was on a future itinerary, we would choose the ship excursion that went to one of the other towns (Port Grimaud?) - people said it was great. Read Less

The only port we had to use the tender. Again it was easy to tour around on our own.

Tender service was very efficient. St Tropez was a very pretty place, not an awful lot to see but just sitting in one of the many cafes along the seafront dreaming of owning a mega yacht was lovely!
