Horrific experience, there were four cruise ships docked at the same time and the only way to view Santorini was by cable car or via the steps. Our friends queued for over 2 hours in 36 degree heat ( lots of pushing shoving people arguing and people pushing in) we opted for the stairs which took us 30mins ( but we exercise regularly) however in the baking heat even we found this challenging.
