We found Chili to be a piece of paradise. I wish we would have stayed in Valparaiso for a night and then moved to Santiago. We spent 4 days in Santiago. The steak at La Cabrera (which is a chain and also in the airport!). Also the pizza at Pizzeria Tiramisu. I would highly recommend both.
