We took a taxi to the #1 trip advisor restaurant for a fascinating lunch at Restaurant Piracema. Very attractive clean restaurant, nicely decorated, excellent service.. They only spoke Portuguese so be prepared or bring a dictionary but it was a memorable experience. We ate amazonian fish and other delicacies. This was a tour with Gil Serique along the river looking for wildlife. We saw some birds, meeting of the waters, pink dolphins, went for a short hike and saw a sloth closeup. Gil is passionate about the Amazon and its ecology, quirky, not well organized. We enjoyed the tour, much better than a ship tour, but not excellent. Read Less
