Like in St. Maarten, we did book an excursion. I asked a Security Guard standing outside the ship in my native language how could we get to the Fort. He said just take a trolley from one of the stops it would take us to our destination. This one was all they asked for was a donation for the upkeep of the trolley. I didn't book in time to get an excursion, so we just walked around town. There are lots of places to shop and take pictures. The pier has food and art vendors with very reasonable prices for local handmade goods. They will even custom make items for you if you ask. I have lots of beautiful photos.
