The cruise was ok. Getting on and off at ports was fairly easy and quick. There was a lot to choose from once you were off the ship. The excursions offered on board were much more expensive than if you just got off and got one of the ones they were selling at the ports. We decide to try NCL to experience the new Prima class ship and want a departure from Puerto rico. Service and entertainment on board are great, drinks are also good main problem is the quality of food in main dining room. Let me start by stating this was our 4th NCL Haven cruise.Starting from arrival at the port it was standing room only, they did start taking guests around 1:10PM about 20 minutes early.
