Sulalah is 15 miles from the port. There is no bus service and no taxis available on the dock. You need to pick up a taxi at the dock gate and they seemed expensive. We opted for a Salalah and surroundings tour, that gave us a flavour of the people and the culture of this beautiful country. ...

Arriving in Salalah Port was fun for us as this was our first port ever on a Cruise. We had heard all sorts of people complaining about how expensive it was to go into the town.
