We had never been to this port before and loved Maya Cay private island. The animal rescue facility and museum were very educational and the beach and food were great. ...

We chose an independent excursion to Little French key. The shuttle driver was waiting on us and gave us a lot of history on the way to the island. We had a great deal with a yummy included lunch and drinks. Highly recommend. ...

The monkey, birds, iguanas & rope bridge was neat. The bus driver was good and the wearing of The mask is not required though 10 out of the 15 people wore them on the bus. I would take the chicken walk instead of the rope bridge if I was going to do it again, it was scary for me. ...

Roatan was great. After 3 days at sea, it was nice to get off the ship for a day. The island is pretty well manicured...flat, sandy bottom without too many big rocks, warm, beautiful water. We found plenty of shade...parked ourselves under a few palms. One vendor was selling freshly cut coconuts...drop in a straw and add some rum...mmm. I had possible one too many but what the heck? It's vacation. ...

In Honduras, with tour guide Elizabeth, we did a buggy ride through the jungle, which was really on dirt tracks. The buggies were fun, but ours broke down and we ended up on an ATV, which was more fun but that also broke down, so we got a second ATV and then, after another breakdown, a buggy. That sounds worse than it was. The breakdowns were handled very well, and we enjoyed ourselves massively. ...

If you love to snorkel or scuba this is an A+ destination. For anything else, not so much. I would recommend taking the catamaran snorkel trip. I didn't and somewhat regret it. I got a private van to the west end beach and went snorkeling on my own. It was good but not great. Cost vs Cost, I think the better bang for the buck would be a catamaran tour. ...

Mahogany Bay Beach was great. Staff was great. Lifeguards helped many old people get up and out of water. No one bugging you to buy drinks or junk. Beach had shade and good swimming. No good snorkeling. All staff on shore at mahogany Bay were masked. ...

We hired a driver from the excursion area to drive us around the island. Set price. He then took us to a resort -- they are mostly gated off, you have to pay $20/pp to get in and use their facilities and wifi. From here we walked down the beach where there were many other resorts. I walked in from the beach and snorkelled, with my own equipment. The snorkelling was so amazing - it was so close ...
