Fabulous Medieval City. A perfect cruise port as everything is walkable. So picturesque and a Unesco World Heritage site with incredible architecture. We had an extra night here as we were sadly not to able to stop at Mykonos, due to bad weather. But the extra time in Rhodes made up for it. ...
the old town is beautiful. Lots of small tavernas. Reasonable food and drink prices. Hop on off bus and Le Petit Train available from the old town. Map available from the information booth at the port. ...
Rhodes old town is a delightful place with historic buildings, nice shops and plenty of restaurants and bars. I managed to see it early in the morning. By lunch time it was very crowded. Too many cruise ships in port. ...
Pleasant stop. The medieval town was interesting and well preserved, also not overwhelmed with souvenir shops. The excursion to the Lindos Acropolis was worthwhile, though the bus stopped for an hour at a pottery shop. Ten minutes or so of demonstration followed by 50 minutes of shopping time. ...

He was also really helpful with my mother who was using a rollator and needed help with the very difficult to navigate cobble stones. ...

We did a religious tour, but the guide was terrible and she did not take questions. It was a Seabourn tour. After we ended the tour, we explored on our own and had lunch at a beautiful place in the alleys. I could ...
Super convenient old walled city right off the dock. Surprisingly charming leafy squares filled with cafe's and shops. Fantastic synagogue and other houses of worship. ...
