Day 1: Uber to Fort History Museum. Walk to Basilica - enjoyed unexpected organ recital. Walk through Chateau Frontenac lobby and onto Terrace. Down funicular to Petit Champlain and around to Bistro Sous Le Fort. Excellent late lunch. Walk back to ship. Day 2: City bus to well rated Brasserie Artisanale La Korrigane for beer and poutine lunch. Bus back. ...

Took the public bus, which was a pleasure. Train/bus station reminded me of yesteryear, shop, cafes, etc. Went to Montmorency Falls, left us at the top, took the footbridge across, absolutely beautiful. Took lots of memorable photos and it only costs $3 each way! ...

Unfortunately, 5 large cruise ships were in port along with 20K people conducting an environmental protest that day, so our tour bus got trapped in traffic and had to detour to avoid the protest.
