PC was an intermittently drizzly day on our cruise.  There is almost nothing in the town, but the local tourism board greets the ship with maps and info. When we approached Puerto Montt on February 22nd it started raining. Supposedly it rains there most of the times and the climate supposedly is similar to the Pacific Northwest. Puerto Montt is the hub of the largest salmon aquaculture industry in the world, closely followed by Norway.
