It was pouring rain all day. we were planning to rent bicycles at the bike rental container that is just to the left of the pier when you exit. There is a nice coffee place right across the street from here, so we went there instead for a great coffee and snack. There were two huge mega ships in this port today as well as ours. Town was very crowded and difficult to walk about. We had to take a tender to shore which was slightly inconvenient compared to being docked which American Cruise Lines was able to do the last time we visited Portland.
