Second time on a Viking river cruise. Comfortable accommodations which maximized the space available combined with a friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating staff throughout the ship. I have always wanted to go to France. The cruise was a compromise between what I wanted and what my husband wanted. My husband got the tours he wanted and I got the time to do things on my own. Really enjoyed Paris for 3 days, then the 7 day Normandy river cruise. In Paris, we saw Sainte Chapelle, The Concergerie, did a walking tour of the Marais district, toured the Rodin Museum , the Army Museum and Napoleon’s Tomb. We also went to Monmartre.
