We had no tours booked here as we couldn't make our minds up, but we needn't have worried - the hop-on-hop-off bus teams outside the cruise terminal are all over it and the agenda is jam packed. You go almost everywhere in the town including the lovely peninsular with the Kon Tiki museum on it, and given it runs so frequently you needn't be worried about jumping off for a bit. So much to do and see here. Recommend pre planning and making choices as there’s more than the two days allowed. Suggest use hop on hop off Norway NOT city sightseeing as your tour provider. Ship docked right in the main port area across from the old fortress, so you could just walk off ship and into city. We took the “Biking in Oslo Tour,” which included stops at City Hall, which also serves as the Nobel Peace Prize Hall and is a must to enter and tour, the royal palace, and Vigeland Sculpture Park that is also a must see.
