Cruise is terrible. Expect to pay way more once on the cruise. Absolutely nothing included. So u pay fortune for a cruise just to be nickle and dimed the whole cruise. Says has 4 pools but really there's 2 and never open both at same time. Overcrowded is an understatement. 80$ a day for family of for cleaning fees added to your bill. Food was terrible same thing everyday. Everything closes at like ...
We are Diamond Club status and have been on this ship 9 times.
Shows have all been the same since the ship first sailed years ago.
The show attendance was never to capacity
The stateroom was never vacuumed in the 11 night cruise and we noticed the same dirt on the floor since we first got in the cabin.
You now pay extra for I Fly and North Star which use to be free which results in ...
Horrible experience. If you have food allergies avoid this cruise line. We reported my daughter nuts allergies and they served food with hidden nuts in it!’n She had allergic reaction and had to go to medical facilities. Also the wait time in the main dining room is about 40 minutes to just be sitted at the table. Also I noticed they served unwashed strawberries in the buffet!!! Food in buffet is ...
It was horrible and a total waste of money.
I would honestly say 50% of the cruise passengers were sick with RSV,Covid and other ailments. Not one mention from Norwegian what to do if you were sick and they made no precautions to keep us healthy. The only antibacterial hand dispensers were at the restaurants and auditorium, nothing at the elevators. I seen an employee in the buffet putting salad ...
The Liberty of the Seas could not be less disability friendly. There is no room whatsoever in any of the dining areas on this ship for someone with a mobility issue. Only one of the theaters was handicap accessible. The elevators are a disgrace and all had issues during the trip with no repairs made, whatsoever. Even if they were all working, I could not get on in a timely manner before the ...
After a few years away from cruising for various reasons including a so-so experience on a Christmas cruise on a smaller Royal Caribbean ship, my husband and I decided to give them another shot since we had sailed with them on 6-7 other cruises with them without incident. We booked a 9 night Canada and New England cruise this past September on Liberty of the Seas in a balcony stateroom. From the ...
The Good: Unbelievably attentive staff. Everyone from Royal Caribbean will go out of their way to accommodate any concerns you may have. Conceptually, the Boardwalk, Central Park, and Royal Promenade areas should mesh and work well. They do not. The Aqua80 show was memorable. The steak I devoured at 150 Central Park was amazing!
The Bad: Jam 6,500+ people onto a ship and what do you get? ...
I quit. Cruisin with Royal Caribbean since 1999 and am a Pinnacle level (top tier) member. In the earlier days, the RCL cruises were more classy cruises with beautiful dinners and professional staff. We fell in love and stayed loyal for years. But over the years, RCL built more ships and became money hungry. They increased room capacity on all the ships, cut back on many elements that made ...
This ship hasn't been renovated since it was launched in 2009 and it really shows. A cruise ship is a floating hotel. This is like a cheap roadside motel. One that is insanely crowded so you wait in line for everything. Every detail is wrong from the thin, stained towels to the table cloths in the main dining room, also covered in stains. We got to the show 30 minutes early and were turned away ...
My wife and I have been loyal Celebrity cruisers for many years now, going on 6-7-8 (?) different cruises. We always felt that Celebrity knew, understood, and tended to their older-demographic customer base---till now. We were very much looking forward to this, our first post-pandemic cruise, but as it turned out, not as much as we looked forward to the cruise ending!
Let me ‘bullet-point’ the ...
