Upon arrival to the ship, it's not organized at all. Lots of people crowded into terminal with no direction as to where to go first. Make sure you fill out paperwork as this does speed things along. This port really needs queues upon arrival. ...

Arrived in NYC on Friday and after checkin to the hotel, we walked to Time Square for the evening. On the Saturday we walked down 5th Ave, toured Grand Central Station and took the subway to the Brooklyn Bridge stop. Walked up the Brooklyn Bridge to the first pillar and the view was outstanding. Easy on and off the ship/. A porter emptied out our car and I parked at the indoor lot 2 minutes away from the ship. On return, a Porter took our luggage from the port and went with us to our car and helped to load. From the time we left our cabin to our car was 15 minutes. it was the fastest and easiest embarkation I have ever experienced ...
