We were not able to find affordable snow bird housing in Florida, so we took this cruise instead. Overall, we rate this cruise very good. The Anthem is the largest ship we’ve ever cruised on, and there were pros and cons, some fixable and some not. We booked this cruise on a whim during the Black Friday sale frenzy. We booked 5d balcony on 13th deck aft. If you are prone to motion sickness and are a light sleeper, DO NOT BOOK THIS CABIN! We felt every movement of the ship and heard every thump and bump from the Windjammer above. Good news is, we are very hard sleepers and didn't get sick from the movement, so, we were fine!

We have sailed with RCL several times aboard the Explorer, Quantum and Anthem. It seems to us that RCL is cheaping out. There is no filet mignon offered in the dining tables unless you want to pay more. Would one night kill RCL's budget to offer filet mignon?
