I had cruised NCL once 2 years ago in Alaska and found it very pleasant. This was anything but. The entire ship smelled like an ashtray due to no one enforcing smoking policies. People openly smoked in the pool area, and casino. And who thought of a cigar room? once that door opened cigar smoke billowed out into the rest of the ship. from the adverts on the TV they make it look like a luxury cruise. Unfortunately from our experience it did not feel like luxury. There were no sunbeds available any day as there are not enough. NCL has made the decision to go back to in person muster drills, however, they pack you in like sardines to various meetings points. Oblivious as to how respiratory viruses spread. generally crowded, disorganized, some staff very disinterested
toilet failed four different days, fixed after several hours but not a great experience

Booked to celebrate our 55th anniversary. The ship was super overcrowded. Service was horrible, not enough staff!
The excursion to Sol Mar was horrible, bus was old falling apart, driver missed the entrance. Last bus to arrive at 945 and told lunch was served 10 to 11. No one wants to eat lunch at 10, we had just arrived everyone was complaining about it.

We chose this cruise specifically for Harvest Caye, which was beautiful overall. The beach area however has very course sand and heavy seaweed. The show Six was also amazing.
