Overall, I found the NCL Breakaway out of New Orleans to be a very good cruise. When you factor in all that came with the Haven I would easily put this cruise above any others we have taken before. We went on the Breakaway the end of March 23 for our 20th Anniversary, with 2 other couples. We drove into town and stayed in Slidell LA (a small town 15 mins outside of New Orleans ) a day in advance. Friends of ours were already going on this one so we booked it as well. We had great service, no complaints. Walked the stairs a lot because of all the food we ate. Recently traveled with Norwegian on the Breakaway. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and have no major complaints about anything onboard.
