We did rent chairs and umbrella we were able to use restrooms in the hotels....lots of people were. The water was the best and I really enjoyed my few hours on the beach. Rating has nothing to do with the ship part of the port. The shop people are just pushy. I loved that the ship in all ports gave us cold wash clothes to cool off with when we got back to the ship to coll off with for a few minutes. Wish we could have hung onto them longer, till got back in the ship maybe. ...
