Upon disembarkation, our cases were taken on a trailer to the 'hub' for safe keeping whilst we were taken to the depot to pick up the Big Buses. Smooth transfer and we could choose from three routes to tour Miami. We took the bus for the beach tour and enjoyed the English commentary along the way; watch out for overhanging palm trees if you're uptop! It was relaxing to chill in the sun whilst seeing the delights of Miami. We got on and off when we pleased, did some shopping, visited the beach and saw many landmark buildings. Upon returning to the hub the collection of luggage was quite straightforward and we were then transferred to the airport. A nice relaxing day and better that sitting at the airport. Read Less

This was a very late booking (only a few days' notice) and a custom itinerary: collect us at the cruise port, take us on a tour, deposit us at MIA in time for our flight. Our tour guide telephoned an hour early saying he was at the port and would pick us up as soon as we were ready but, no rush.We were delighted to meet Steven Bridges who took us for a customized tour of Fort Lauderdale as we had requested historical information on the area. Steven gave us the history of the first settlers, how the area came to be named, and showed us around the area which had been the first settlement, ferry, bridge, trading post, hotel… all the way through to the point where Al Capone’s men bootlegged whiskey to the weary travelers. Such a wonderful tour guide, we hope to meet him again in 2015 around our Getaway cruise. Read Less

We entered and left the ship from this port. It seems everything was fine going in however there was a HUGE line for taxis when disembarking the ship.

I can't believe we parked our car at Terminal C and walked with our luggage to the ship. Upon returning, we arrived at a different terminal and had to be shuttled to our garage with just ONE shuttle operating. Took 1 1/2 hours to get our "handicapped" party on the shuttle with all the shoving and pushing. After it left, it would be 20 or more minutes before it returned for another load. Outrageous service after charging so much for parking. Read Less

Loved San Juan and the window cave experience. Loved the Grand Turk excursion on the mini hummers. We also enjoyed the excursion from St Thomas to St John where we took the nature tour.

T E R R I B L E No explanation or announcement for why 1800 people were jammed into the terminal, this doesn't even count as a day, and I don't know why they called this a 4 day cruise.

It is difficult to find a convenient hotel - especially one with inexpensive parking (or any parking). Stayed by the airport the night before at a hotel with a parking package. Free shuttle to the port (but $10 to return to the hotel to pick up your car). I will be trying to avoid taking cruises out of Miami in the future. Read Less

All our information was on my phone. We arrived in the terminal and were told to get off our phone. When I explained that our information was on the phone, I told to go outside. When I further explained that would not help, we were told to get out of line. a female told us without looking at the list we were not booked on this ship. After 15 minutes and repeatedly asking her to look at the list were given a room number. Next we had to go through the same with the next attendant to go through the detectors. Read Less
