Never again

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Norwegian Bliss

Nightmare starting at arrival at Port of Miami and basically sitting (or standing due to lack of chairs) in a human warehouse; given numbers without explanation when we checked in. Little did we know that thousands of people would be waiting for their number to be called because they were yelling that they were running behind in getting people from the previous cruise ship. That's at least what ...

Worse cruise ever

This was a celebratory cruise for my 60th. A once in a lifetime to be totally ruined. Main restaurants had same menu in both for all 11 nights. Waiting time was over 30 minutes. The food was raw and had to be sent back. By now husband had finished his meal. Finally arrived and there was more fat on the meat than meat. The total disorganisation of getting people off the ship in ...

No magic on this ship

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Magic

This was a bad cruise experience to say the least. The crew was friendly and kind but it was painfully evident they were under staffed on a sold out cruise. We have cruised with Carnival before and this cruise was poorly planned and executed. 30+ minute wait in the buffet lines over and over, poor choices and mediocre food. We waited over an hour for our anytime dining (not at out convenience) ...

This was the worst experience, definitely not worth the price!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Freedom of the Seas

The food was terrible in all of the dining we did and the food is usually our favorite part, not this time. Everything was less than mediocre including the fine dining evenings. The ship was incredibly overcrowded. We had to FIGHT to find a table at the buffet and then fight to get a plate of food. It was also impossible to find seating on the upper decks, so we had to take our deck food down to ...

Shore excursions and room service

Had bary bad experience with this company, reserved shore trip and could not make in time due to delayed arrival. Rhys would not refund my fool cost or give my credit. Don’t book anything with these thieves, use local guides onshore or use Expedia instead. Room cleaning is 40$ per room per day . You can skip few days and get refund. Service and shows betę actually priory good . Ship was also in ...

No more carnival for us

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Conquest

3rd carnival cruise, 2nd time this same ship and itinerary (went with group this time), and first post pandemic. Was disappointed with food. Buffet was same as dinning room, very limited diversity. We don't drink alcohol and generally only drink iced tea and water. The tea and lemonade was disgusting, how do you screw those up? Coffee and hot cocoa in buffet rooms were brown water. ...

Overcrowded + Unorganized = Bad cruise experience

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seascape

I'm a Voyager program Diamond member and have have been on countless cruises including 3 other times on MSC. I have never been so disappointed and will think twice before booking again. 1) The ship was booked to capacity and felt excessivly overcrowded. 2) There weren't enough lounge chairs or pool space on all decks. 3) The buffet was overcrowded with long lines and limited ...

I went on this cruise with 5 people, four of whom had diverse needs (power chair, visually impaired). We were drawn to the no kids, all inclusive aspect along with the great reviews and nature of the entertainment. The price was great, the room dimensions looked accommodating for power chairs and so we booked it (and then I booked two other weeks with friends for a month later). I waited until I ...

Worst Cruise ever

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seascape

We have been cruisers for over 15 years. And we love it. This MSC cruise was for our 40th anniversary and since our friends from the UK were going to join us, we thought we would book with a European company since we are originally from Ireland. This was a huge mistake, and I cannot remember having such a bad experience in all my vacations. FOOD The food was mostly cold or lukewarm, ...

Not good!

Rooms and bathrooms are very small. The food at the buffet was rarely good. Boring and not enough activities. The stores on the ship were very high-end, and it seemed that nobody was shopping there. Everything cost way too much The excursions were not what I expected. The excursion in Jamaica was supposed to be at a resort which was more like lawn chairs on the beach. No resort anywhere to be ...
