MSC Divina

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

User Avatar

I recently booked the MSC Divina for me and my girlfriend to go on a little getaway trip to the Bahamas and their private island. I think is overpriced for what you actually get. The cruise ship is old and needs to be remodeled. The cruise ship was packed with far too many people, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable instead of relaxing. Everywhere you went, it was crowded, from the decks, ...

Was not what we were expecting

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Scarlet Lady

We have just returned from our first and last Virgin Voyage, on the Scarlet Lady. The reviews that we read prior to booking didn’t align with reality. We are seasoned cruisers with having been on over 30 cruises with many different cruise lines. The reviews for Virgin were amazing, and the pictures of the ships showed them to be new and ultra-modern. We talked some non-cruising friends into ...

First and last time on low end Oceania Cruises

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Oceania Vista

Really poor cruise experience on Oceania Vista. This was our first cruise with this line. After reading all their hyped-up claims about best food on cruise line, best service and curated ports, this was all a huge disappointment. I found their food to be no better if not worse than any other cruise line. While they do offer what seems like more expensive selections, I thought the quality of ...

Not a pleasant cruise experience

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Encore

Beautiful ship but the service was terrible. Staff is not friendly and rude, restaurants always booked at times you want to eat even though you tried making reservations weeks before the cruise. My husband wanted a cheeseburger with cheddar cheese instead of American and they told him American and cheddar are the same - they only have one cheese. So which one is it??! No one at the bar during the ...

SUPER BAD FOOD

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

User Avatar

To start, they did not have regular sprite on the entire boat, we had to call the manager to get us the sprite, the food was super bad, poorly prepared, it was always cold, many people got sick to the stomach, they had no variety at all, the staff they do not know how to prepare drinks from the bar, the boat has an italian concept and they do not even know how to prepare pizzas. The customer ...

This is the first time I have ever had a miserable cruise on RCL and had to really complain about what happen this past week. We had issues with cabin and the casino. Day 1 Everything was awesome like every cruise I take on Rcl. I was in Junior Suite arrived about 130pm went directly to the room to put our luggage up then explore the ship. I was going on this cruise with my best friend whose ...

Carnival Celebration: The Walmart of Cruise Ships

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Celebration

My husband and I were on the Carnival Celebration last week. This would be our 3rd Carnival cruise, and it will be our last. The food was awful, and I overheard passengers calling it unedible. I'm not a picky eater, and I struggled to find anything that was not greasy or overcooked. The ship had four buffets (I believe), and only two were open, with the same five or six dishes every day. ...

Horrible

We tried to make the most of it! The ship headed right into a tropical storm so one of our stops we stayed on. Half the people were sick on the boat. The 8 hot tubs were always closed, we got into 2 shows because they were always full, the hallways were always crowded. The lay out was horrible and the elevators were slow ( I did get my steps in)the had lots and lots of stairs. Seemed like ...

Our luggage was delivered 3 days late and was left in Miami bc delta was delayed 5 hours and if we had waited for our luggage the cruise was going to leave us, and it wasn’t there fault. We got stuff stolen and they wouldn’t look at the camera bc it wasn’t “ valuable” enough for them to care Food is horrible, there is hardly anything to do I don’t not recommend this trip to anyone! ...

This cruise was not for me

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on MSC Seascape

MSC not for me
First Time Cruiser • Age 60s

Only cruise I have been on. NEVER AGAIN! Crowds everywhere. Lines for everything. Loud music or crowd noise, no matter where you go. Hard to find any place to carry on a conversation. Buffet food was just OK but the sit down restrauant was very good. We had an inside room. It was nice but quite small. Everything is very glitzy and modern looking. The environment is very much based on using the MSc ...
