This was my first cruise on Norwegian. I expected a great experience but what we got was not that. First let me say that our room steward was wonderful. The beds are hard and as I am 4 months out from a knee replacement, I was having trouble sleeping on the hard mattress. My steward got an egg crate and put it on the bed which made a huge difference.
