Very easy embarkation at the Port of Miami, as well as easy disembarkation. There are plenty of taxis lined up to take folks where they need to go. My husband and I had reserved a rental car at the Miami Airport to spend a few days in FL after our cruise so we waited outside the port and picked up a "Rental Center" free bus to take us to the airport's rental center at the end of the cruise. ...

We always stay at least one night in Miami before and after a cruise and really love it. Before the cruise we normally stay close to port while after we go to South Beach. I would highly recommend people do that if you can take the time off work in order to "recover" from your vacation :) ...
