This cruise has been a horrible experience from day one. EVERY bit of this cruise, with the exception of the cleaning and wait staff, has been awful. We chose this cruise because we wanted to visit different islands for Christmas and we had not been to Turks & Caicos or to Half Moon Cay. This was the only option. There was no customer service at all. Would call down to reception and ask for something to get done and it either would never get done at all or would take two to three days, and that's after asking another two to three times. This was the worst Cruise line I've ever been on. I took my 20 year old son on it for his first cruise and was embarrassed. The ship's elevator kept breaking down.
