I can't say enough about the over-worked people who make the beds and carry the trays and swab the decks. They are just about universally accommodating and pleasant. The ship was way too big. The pool way too small for all the people. I am a big guy 6’8” 320 so water slides, go carts are out of the question. The drink package was good. We booked the NCL Encore for our 20th anniversary with a group of 10 people.
