Raining and no shelter. The ship would not let us back on until some port security arrived. The port security never arrived. They finally let us back on when everyone started to VERY LOUDLY complain. Same security that was there when we got off started to let us back on. EVERY ONE was upset. COMPLETELY SOAKED. ...
