This cruise was miserable, disappointing, stressful & filled with frustrations. Here is why: 1) Design flaws of the ship caused chaos due to overcrowding at Surfside Cafe and pubic areas. Surfside Café was too small (occupied one side of the deck vs 2 sides of deck) and could not accommodate a capacity of 3K passengers.
